Fileion.Com is a technology-focused platform that delivers high-quality, informative, and unique content to help our users with software, digital tools, and tech resources. We're expanding and looking for two talented content writers to join our team.

Position Overview:

Fileion.Com is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer to produce engaging and visually appealing designs for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva. 
• Expertise in designing T-shirts, company mugs, pads, logos, news cards, blog featured images, and cover photos.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Candidates must have knowledge of creating motion graphics using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Content: Design logos, banners, icons, illustrations, and promotional materials.
• Develop Marketing Materials: Create graphics for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Design Campaign Materials: Develop brochures, pitch decks, advertisements, and infographics.
• Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to brand guidelines and update style guides as necessary.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with product managers, developers, marketers, writers, and other designers.
• Mentorship: Assist in the skill development of intern designers when needed.

Compensation:

• Salary paid via bank transfer or mobile banking.
• Payments will be processed by the 5th of each month.
• Bonuses will be provided on two Eids, and salary increments will be considered based on performance.
